Study on effect of Lode angle variation of stress

Liu Yuanxue,Zheng Yingren

(Logistical Engineering University)

Abstract According to the complete stress increment formulation of soil elastoplastic stress strain relation presented in this paper, the effect of Lode angle variation of stress is owing to the shear yield and dilatancy of the generalized shear division of stress increment. The computation methods for the plastic deformation (drained) or pore pressure (undrained) caused by pure variation of stress Lode angle are also provided. The computation results accord with the relevant experimental data qualitatively.

Cheng Chuntian

(Dalian University of Technology)

Li dengfeng

(Dalian Naval Academy)

Abstract A fuzzy iteration methodology, which gives the objective weight and the relative membership degree of alternative at the same time, is presented in this paper. Since the weight and relative membership degree are directly obtained from the recommended alternatives supplied by decision makers, the results are more reasonable and realistic and the difficulty of weights determination can be avoided. Based on strong and flexible decision making support system, the effectiveness of decision making is improved.

Fei Liangjun,Wang Wenyan

(Xian University of Technology)

Abstract Based on the principle of balance of surface irrigation water volume, a method for determination of field average infiltration parameter according to the irrigation data is introduced. On this basis, the method for determination of reduced infiltration rate coefficient from irrigation data of surge flow border irrigation is deduced. The calculation example shows that the method is simple and effective.

Water deficit crop yield model based on remote sensing and crop photosynthesis

Zhang Jiahua

(Institute of Atmospheric Physics,CAS)

Wang Changyao

(Institute of Remote Sensing Application,CAS)

Abstract In this paper, the concept of crop yield model affected by water deficit is discussed. A model is established based on the remote sensing information from NOAA AVHRR,crop photosynthesis characteristic and meteorological data. In the model the crop stomatal conductance acts as an explicit parameter。The yield distribution of winter wheat in North China Plain is demonstrated as an example. It shows that this model possesses higher accuracy than other existing models.

Key words remote sensing information, crop yield, water deficit, stomatal conductance.

(Zhejiang University)

Abstract In this paper, the mechanism of wearing in solid liquid two phase flow centrifugal pumps is studied. It is shown that the jet wake flow near the impeller outlet is the important reason causing the wearing of pump. The theory analysis, model test and engineering application show that the wearing can be reduced if small blade angle, fewer blades and big impeller width are to be adopted.
